Mother of Mercy College of Health Technology, Mgbirichi was established in 2021
following the accreditation visit by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board Nigeria, the proposed Mother of Mercy College of Health
Technology, Mgbirichi,
Ohaji/Egbema Local Government of Imo State was approved and given Accreditation to start as a Registration College of Health Technology in Imo State.
Thus, the approval and Accreditation of this Institute was obtained by congregation of Daughters of Mary Mother of Mercy through the instrumentality of
Rev. Mother Mary Angeleen umezuruike, Superior general and her teem during her tenure of office prior to the commencement of the DMMM 8th General Chapter in August, 2021.
